"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi alanlam123,
If you want to archive to another mailbox using PowerShell, you can use the Search-Mailbox cmdlet.
The following article shows how to use Search-Mailbox to delete mailbox content: How to delete email from mailboxes on Exchange 2016 / 2013 / 2010 / Online. To use Search-Mailbox for backup/archiving purposes, change the -DeleteContent attribute to -TargetMailbox and -TargetFolder attributes.
@Andre Marschalek The questions seem to be a bit different - this one is about archiving to another mailbox, the second question is about archiving to PST.
