Cancelling automatic renewal

Hi

We have just received notification of an automatic renewal for Expert Exchange.

This message is to advise you that, due to a change in our business we no longer require this subscription.

However, there does not appear to be a function to control this.

Could you please confirm that no payment will be taken from my credit card and the payment information is deleted.

I would like to thank you and all the contributors and wish everyone well.
