I have some F1 Office 365 license, when they are configured in an Outlook version for windows only have the option to download the emails to a pst file. Our enterprise have a policy that says that we cannot use a pst, this can be possible in our E3 licences but not in F1, I am in the correct thing? How can I show to the enterprise managment this justification? There is an official document from Microsoft explain this?
