Possible to add Office 365 Admin Center icons such as Exchange & Skype for Business to Office 365 Home page

Is it possible to add Office 365 Admin Center icons such as the Exchange Admin Center & Skype for Business Admin to the Office 365 portal home page?

If so how can this be done?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

No, this will only show the apps that you currently have a license to access, but in regards to adding the individual  O365 admin center icons like Exchange online, skype and others, you can't do that here. You can however change what loads when you log into the portal. See the below screen shot, and you can make this select on the start page by clicking the gear.

Best you can do is create a custom app tile, which users can then add to their launcher: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/add-custom-tiles-to-the-app-launcher-1136115a-75af-4497-b693-640c4ce70bc6

Each user will need to do the "pinning" however, you cannot do it on their behalf. And it's just for the App launcher, not the homepage.

TL;DR - if you need this functionality, go vote on UserVoice, as Microsoft has been playing deaf on this for years now...
