troubleshooting Question
Outlook 365 uses excessive data - Huge problem on limited Satellite data plan!
Hello Experts,
I am having an issue with Outlook 365 using 30 Mb of data per day. This is when only 4 or 5 e-mails have been sent per day with small 20 Kb attachments.
Clearly a lot of data is being consumed beyond normal e-mail traffic!
I looked on the web and see many folks are having this issue as well.
1. Does anyone know why this happens ? Is there a setting to prevent it from happening? (I have all office/windows updates turned off/disabled on this machine)
2. Does anyone know of another e-mail client solution other than MS outlook (with low overhead) that could work in a ow data plan environment?
