Access data shows in report view but not on print view.

Hi All,
I have an access report with fields for text, stacked underneath each other.
The text is rich format text. In report view I see all the text.
In print view some of the last text is missing.
There does not seem to be a pattern.
This sometimes happens with long text and other times it happens with short text.
I have pasted an example below. This is all one field. "On the corner of Hull and Barvet Roads." is missing from print view.

Can any one give me an idea of how I can solve the problem.
Thanks a lot.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Is your control holding the text sized accordingly ?
How is your text retrieved ?
Ralph BenoyProfessional Civil Engineering Technologists Author Commented:
Thanks Fabrice for your reply. I have never set my control holding the text. Where do you set it.
I have set the value can grow = yes and can shrink = yes on laa places I know.
The text is inserted into a table through a form. The text is then retrieved into the report via a query.

The table, query, report and report view has all the text it is only with print preview where the text does not show.

Formatting is different in Print Preview than it is in Report View.  Also make sure that the Detail section is set to shrink and grow.
Ralph BenoyProfessional Civil Engineering Technologists Author Commented:
Thanks Pat,
My detailed section was set to shrink and grow
I seemed seemed to have solved the problem by inserting one un-indented blank line below the text.
in some cases it seems when shrink is set to yes it does not see the wrapped (Excell term) text.
It shrinks it to the first line of the wrapped text.
for some reason it also did not see the last line of an indented, bulleted line as well.
Inserting one un-indented blank line below the text seemed to do the trick.
Thanks everyone for your assistance.
