"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It is a browser function and browser specific. In Edge, Settings, Advanced and turn off Passwords.

Lou,

Please identify which browser you are experiencing this problem with.

For example, in Google Chrome, type the following into your Address bar;

chrome://settings/passwords

Disable "Offer to save passwords"

The settings differ in each browser, but all have them.

I hope that's helpful.

Regards, Andrew

What would have made solving the issue even easier?
1. Mentioning which browser you were asking about in the first place.
