Is there a free software program that will give me a graphical display of my network and status of the spanning tree segments?

I have one SG300-28SFP and 27 SV350 switches running several spanning tree segments.  Is there a free software program that will give me a graphical display of my network and status of the spanning tree segments?  If not free is their a piad software program that supports these switches?  I installed the old cisco configuration assistant which supports the SG300 but does not support the SV350 switches.  I also installed Cisco Network Assistant (2014 is latest releae) and that does not see to support the SG300.

Thanks!

nagios
nagios check_stp_bridges.sh only checks the local bridge on a standalone system, it will not inquire switches on this.
So just nagios is a little bit short..
(It effectively call brctl on all local bridge interfaces).
and its output is:
Ports on br0: p0/forwarding on virbr0: p0/disabled
