Office 365 users are not receiving email after certificate change in hybrid mode

Office 365 users are not receiving email after certificate change in hybrid mode.   It looks like the exchange online connector is bound to the old certificate but I don't know how to bind the connector to the new certificate (digicert)  On Premise users are receiving their emails just fine.    We called Microsoft but they didn't call us back yet.  If anyone knows.

Rerun the HCW, when prompted select the new certificate. It will update all the needed connectors and other settings.
