MS access HTML report doesn't display .jpg image in report output

ms access 2k10+ report outputted in html format. Can't put a jpg image in the page header section and have it carry into
the report when run. Have tried design and layout views, logo icon, etc... the image appears in the design but does not
carry into the created htm report

I believe this is one of the many limitations of the HTML export.

I tried - using Access 2016 - to export a report from my sample here:

Show pictures directly from URLs in Access forms and reports

No pictures were exported.
Those pictures can be regarded as "dynamic", but neither will a static picture inserted in the header be exported.

Correct. That's a limitation of Access reports. Output to PDF if you want to include images.

if the export is plain simple HTML then you can open the file edit it and insert those missing images(img)
