How to get to users to properly sign out of Remote Desktop rather than disconnect?

Hi experts
we have a 20 x user base currently using Azure Remote desktop solution. They experience windows 10 desktop.
From the office we are seeing , despite telling them not to, that users typically do not properly sign out of rds , they disconnect.
This can lead to resource issues, eg. users experience lag when they come back to it down the line
i have seen the same problem over the years.

Could we create larger icons on the desktop , is there a third party solution.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
