10240?? &nbsp;Wow. If you legitimately have reimaging rights then grab a newer image. There were known issues with old versions of WU. You can keep trying to update and it will eventually go &nbsp;but it can take repeated attempts.

Woody - have you tried any of our suggestions? &nbsp;Repair install will provide and new image and install it. Fresh Install will of course work.<br />
