Magento internal server error when trying to add product

In Magento having 500 internal server error after clicked the Add Product button. The exception.log and system.log do not seem to have the log data, because after clicked the button there is no new log added to the file.
Need help to identify the cause of the issue and then fix it.

This is the system specification:

PHP 5.6.31
Windows Server 2012 R2

Found a fix that works for me. The bug was caused by a product subselection in the conditions of a shopping cart price rule. Removing the rule or specific condition solved it. For me I wanted to keep the rule and found a core code change that fixed the bug. See instructions in response to other question: http://magento.stackexchange.com/a/123754/2736

ASKER

Hi Sam Simon Nasser,

I went to Catalog Price Rules and set all rules as inactive. Also went to Shopping Cart Price Rules and set all rules as inactive.
Tried to add product but still seeing the error.

Then applied the patch at http://magento.stackexchange.com/a/123754/2736 and tried, but still seeing the error.
Is there anyone can help please?
