Exchange email acccount

I am a consultant and clients sometimes prefer me to use an email account that they make so I look like I am part of their company.

I have an issue with one account made on exchange. When they set it up they set the account they have set the data file default as the exchange folder and I cant change it and my address folders have gone to this account together with my calendars.

I have copied the data into the D: Data file.

If I delete the email account will i lose the email i the D file and also my default data file as well?

Yes, you will loose the data. You export data into PST file, Using outlook. Then you can remove it.

When you say addresses, are you talking about your contacts?
When you calendars are you referring to your calendar entries in outlook or Calendars you have created?
