office maxing out CPU
reported issue: "My install of Office would frequently use up 100% CPU periodically throughout the day, limiting my ability to work. "
user is on a mac but he uses his email on windows through parallels.
i had him update office, and then run an online repair (though programs and features) but he said it actually is worse.
system details: macbook pro, osx high sierra 10.13.3, 2.7 ghz, 16 GB memory, Parallels 13.3.0, Windows 10 VM all updates applied (assigned 8GB of Memory), Office 2016 all updates applied, HD size 211GB with 65.5 GB free.

Validate the task manager to see which processes or services are consuming the most resources.
Run a scan with your antivirus software, to validate or discard any malware or malicious software on your computer

the person was able to isolate that it was outlook that was maxing out the CPU
Is Outlook still maxing out the CPU? Did you fix it?

When the CPU hits MAX they can take a screenshot of the top processes .. as there could be a rogue process at issue here.
