Add one user to 2 dynamic distro group

I have a user that wants to be in 2 dynamic distro list. Distro list A looks at OU A and distro list B looks at OU B. THe user is in OUT B/Distro B, but he wants to be added to OU A/Distro A and get emails from both. I don't think you can do that, can you? If so, how can i do that without moving the users out of there OU.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Easy fix:
Add a custom attibute on each of these users then add those custom attributes to the querys for your DDGs

Create a custom attribute
Pre-req: Make sure your account is part of the Schema Admins Group
ref link:  https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/20319.how-to-create-a-custom-attribute-in-active-directory.aspx
*Add the created attribute to the Class USER*

When finished go to the below:
1. Open up your Active Directory Users and Computers
2. At the top Click View>Click Advanced Features
3.  Go to one of the users in question, right-click properties> Select Attribute Editor
4:  Go to the attribute you created and Enter a variable
Do the same for the othe user

Now go to one of your DDGs and add the custom attribute for it to look for that user that has that custom attribute you set on it
Do the same for the other user.
Be clear the variables on each user will be different

Example:  You may want to create the attribute Name: DDGRedirect    then set a value on it of B  Anyone with this setting will be added to Distro list B as you will set the query for DistroB to DDGRedirect with a value of B
ON the other user set DDGRedirect with a value of A and put that query for Distro list A
