In a SQL Statement - How do I get total for rows up to this point?

Question
In a SQL Statement - How do I get total for rows up to this point?  (SQL Server 2017)

What I have
A view that shows ID  and Amt  (this will be sorted in ID order)

What I want
is a SQL Statement that can be used in a View or Proc that will give me the Total Amount to this point.
So as you can see below -
row 1 --> Tot_Amt = Amt of row 1
row 2 --> Tot_Amt  = Amt of  row 1 & 2
row 3 --> Tot_Amt  = Amt of  row 1 to 3
etc.

What the outcome should look liket
ID    Amt             Tot_Amt
1        2                       2
2        2                     4
3        2                     6
4        2                     8
5        1                     9
6        1                     10
7        0                     10
8        0                     10
9        0                     10
10        0                     10

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
