SCCM-Collection with incremental updates

Is there any way in SCCM  I can setup a prompt as soon as we have setup collections with 200 incremental updates.

Microsoft suggests not to have collections with more than 200 incremental updates configured. Recently we had a scenario and found that we had 468 collection with incremental updates selected.

Thank you in advance,
Moin Ahmed

I have 10 collections with incremental updates.  I would run CEViewer ( from the System Center 2012 R2 Toolkit and get that number down.  No way you should have that many.  The default refresh is 5 minutes and the total incremental refresh of all collections should fit under that time frame.

I just set collections I need updated periodically to 24 hours update time, not 5 minutes.

Here is a working link:

You'll need to run this from the server itself or at least in my environment I had to since there is a firewall between the server and my client PC.
