How to view startup settings for all the users of a PC?

I have a domain admin login for all my office PCs. Using this login I would like to review all the startup entries (as viewed through MSConfig) for all the logins for the PC. As I understand it, just running MSConfig only shows the configuration for the currently logged in user.
The PCs are all Windows 7 Pro

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Startup, system boot applies to the computer, not user.
Users have option that run after login, those are stored in the user's start menu.
%userprofile%\appdata\
Local, roaming,
Microsoft, start menu, programs, startup

In the registry, hku\software\microsoft\windows\currentcersion\
Run
Runonce
Will include the registry triggered process that will run next time the user logs in.

Using gpmc you can run group policy results ...
