Printserver event error 372 W 2016

There is a printer KYOCERA TASKalfa 4500i, customers complain that the network does not print, the logs error ID 372, who can tell what can be done.

Is this happening for everyone and all documents, or just one user, or a particular application/document? What environment are you printing in (Wndows version, RDP)?

Make sure that "Print spooled documents first" is selected under Printer Properties >Advanced tab. This is suggested in this link.

You may also try completely reinstalling the driver. In Devices and Printers, first delete the printer. Then click on any other printer and select Print Server Properties from the men that appears. Click the Drivers tab and remove the printer from the list. Then reinstall.
