Cannot Read PST Content Can Only See Attachments
Email in PST format sent to us for review we cannot view the content of the email in the reading pain or when opened. We can only see/view the attachments.
There should be viewable content like in the following example. 
Noticed the folders were saved in the highest level of Outlook and not in folders. Should we ask them to send again with content in the actual folders. For example Inbox and Sent Itmes?
Something else noticeable is there is no permission tab, maybe this is a permissions issue.
