Website user account permission on Windows for Magento

Can i check what are the directory / file permissions and User Account required to run Magento CE on Windows?
The permissions should be just required, but not grant more than that. The User Account that I am referring to are for example "IUSR", "IIS_IUSRS"

both are built in IIS user groups ... when you install IIS.

about user account permissions is this application active directory intigrated ? if yes it'll fetch the security from the active directory so AD user id password will be the base. and from application admin log in you can assign user level permissions.

if it's not AD intigrated.. even though the permissions are application level... only.. when install application all default groups will take toe necessary permissions automatically. so no need to change permissions for default group until unless.. its required .

The application is Magento website, not AD integrated. The documentation available is for Linux, is there a Windows equivalent for that?
