# Excel Formula based on three criterias

I have an Excel workbook with a tab named "2015 TrialBalance" and a tab named "Sheet1". I need a fomula in 2015 TrialBalance cell G5. The formula should return the sum of Column G from Sheet1 if :  1) column B in Sheet1 is equal to 2015 TrialBalance cell \$F\$2  2) Sheet1column E is equal to "3952010"2015 and 3)  the name in Sheet1 column C is equal to the name in 2015 TrialBalance cell G56. Do you have a formula that can do this? Attached is a sample of the data.

Correction to my original question.

item # 2 -  2) Sheet1column E is equal to "3952010"2015 - The number 2015 after "3952010" is not needed.

Try this...
``````=SUMIFS(Sheet1!\$G\$1:\$G\$18,Sheet1!\$B\$1:\$B\$18,\$F\$2,Sheet1!\$E\$1:\$E\$18,"3952010",Sheet1!\$C\$1:\$C\$18,G56)
``````

Hi, the formula is adding all the amounts from column G. I need the amounts added if column E on Sheet1 is equal to 3952010. Below is partial screen print of Sheet1. Can the formula that you sent be changed to include the condition that column E is equal to "3952010"?
