Citrix application launching error

While launching a published application through getting below message .

windows cannot find icaimeutil.exe, Make Sure you typed the name correctly and then try again.

Citrix Xendesktop Version : 7.15
Target Devices OS : 2008R2

* Citrix Storefront Citrix Operating Systems Windows OS

some questions:
- are all usere affected?
- last changes made?
- Target/Client OS is W2008R2 or VDA is W2008R2
- do you use MCS or PVS for VDA management?

last changes made? Recently the vdisk was updated with VMtools, VDA Agent 7.15 as part of Xendesktop 7.15 Upgrade, since then we are facing this error. We are aware that revert back to old Vdisk will solve the issue but looking for a solution for current error.

Target/Client OS is W2008R2 or VDA is W2008R2? All the machines . master server , Target devices are windows 2008r2.

Target/Client OS is W2008R2 or VDA is W2008R2? We use PVS 7.15 Version.
