Storage Spaces Direct - Corrupt Storage Pool
Hi
We have recently configured a 3 Node Windows Failover Cluster leveraging Storage Spaces Direct as the shared storage solution. Once the storage pool was built there was a number of network changes to the switches that the cluster sits on. This has caused a number of blips and has caused out Storage Pool to become corrupt.
We are currently trying to delete the Pool to then create a fresh pool however are encountering a number of issues. Whilst we can see the pool sat within Server Manager, any command that is ran against it is stalling/taking far too long to complete that it eventually fails. We have configured the pool so it is NOT read only.
As it stands we have a corrupt pool that we can't seem to delete or mount.
What is the best course of action? There is no data within this pool, so if we need to comepletely destroy the pool then I am happy to, to be abe to re-create it.
Is there a command that will force a removal of a corrupt pool regardless of state?
Thanks
Rich
