New Active Directory site for peer to peer network profiles question

Dear Experts,

I am setting up a small company with Active Directory windows server 2016.

They are working peer 3 peer using  local profiles using Office 365 for Outlook and Office.

My question is; Is there a tool I can use to move the local profile to the new user domain profile in their workstations. I am trying not to have to do it manually.

I will to move the office 365 configuration settings for sure.

Thank you very much

Marcel,
I used the below years ago and it saved my boss' a** as he was stuck and was about to attempt to copy desktop backgrounds, icons and all.
This will bring the user's profiles on to the domains

Okay, let me check this out. I was wondering if Microsoft had a native (free) tool.
