setup SSO for local 2012 AD server and Office 365, no ADFS option
Office 365 Full Cloud and 2012 AD server. Right now both passwords for the network and Office 365 totally separate, all good so far.
Is it possible to setup SSO without ADFS system. Setup something for the current system?

Password sync is more basic, both in terms of setting it up and the end-user experience. You can use MFA with either option.
