Help updating AD Integrated Conditional Forwarders using Powershell

We have an upwards of 500 active directory integrated conditional forwarders setup in Corporate DNS that is still pointing to our old DNS servers. I am trying to find a Powershell script that can just pull all the forwarders from a CSV or Txt file and update the IP addresses to point to new DNS.

Any input is appreciated!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
