Correct APC SMTP email server settings for sending notifications

What are the correct APC Office 365 SMTP email server settings for sending e-mail notifications using an Office 365 account?

According to the https://itservices.usc.edu/office365/emailclients/ website port 587 with TLS security is used but I don't see any place to enter the port number and encryption method within the APC SMTP server settings (see the screenshot).

So how can I correctly configure the SMTP email server settings to send email using an Office 365 email account?

I believe you need to use the web agent as described here below for APC.

However I learned my settings for Outlook 2013 client, must be different than what outlook.com says I must use.  If I go to outlook.com, sign in, go to my gear in the upper right, scroll down and click view full settings, then click synch email and scroll down to email server settings, it says I have to use smtp.office365.com but it won't work for me.  I have to use smtp-mail.outlook.com as the setting for my Outlook 2013 desktop client.  That might be all you need if your software has auto-configuration capabilities.
