I have one user of 35 that the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook is disabled. It will not re-enable. (Outlook, Tools, Trust Center, Add-ins, COM add in) All other users are working find. If I have the user log onto a different computer (roaming profile) the problem follows her so it is not anything about the computer or installation, it is something in her profile.
Has any one experienced this and knows of a fix?
Can I just delete her Outlook profile and rebuild that, or do I have to delete her user profile and rebuild that?
