Problem with one user CRM client for Outlook

I have one user of 35 that the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook is disabled. It will not re-enable. (Outlook, Tools, Trust Center, Add-ins, COM add in) All other users are working find. If I have the user log onto a different computer (roaming profile) the problem follows her so it is not anything about the computer or installation, it is something in her profile.

Has any one experienced this and knows of a fix?

Can I just delete her Outlook profile and rebuild that, or do I have to delete her user profile and rebuild that?

Windows 7 Professional
Outlook 2007
CRM 2013

PLEASE no posts about upgrading.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Resolution :

+ Created the new outlook profile .
+ Open the configuration wizard and break the configuration .
+ Renamed the folder under the path “Navigate to /C: User/Appdata /Local/Microsoft/MSCRM” to MSCRM old.
+ Renamed the folder under the path “Navigate to /C: User/Appdata /Roaming/Microsoft/MSCRM” to MSCRM old.

I ended up having to rebuild the entire user's profile. I did try the suggesting by Rikin and that did not help.
