How can I share my Outlook "conference room calendar" with someone whow wants to schedule his own events, but is on another domain / network?

I am running Windows 2008 R2 Standard, with Exchange 2010.

I have a conference room calendar that is shared with all my co-workers in the office.

A sub-tenant who moved in yesterday, and has his own Exchange Server.  He wants to be able to access my conference room calendar, and add/change/delete for items that pertain to him.

Is it possible to share a calendar with him?  Can I set "permissions" to create/modify/delete items that only pertain to him?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

But for one user, i might create ID and Mailbox, in my own Exchange org and ask him or her to access using OWA or outlook anywhere.
