Hello,

Normally “Your mailbox has been temporarily moved on Exchange Server” this pop up appears when your Outlook profile is corrupted or if you have restored a Dial tone Database. The best way to avoid this pop up is to resolve the issue.

You can try the following methods:

1. Start Outlook in Online Mode
2. Recreate new Profile
3. Verify, there is no conflict profile in Outlook
4. Recreate your Exchange Profile

Hope this will help you to resolve the issue.
Thanks & Regards

Honestly the easiest and safest way is to just create a new profile and connect it to your exchange account. Set the new profile as the default and you won't have the pop up any more.
