Win 7 Pro Win 2016 domain

We are setting up a brand new domain in 2016. We are looking to add Windows 7 Professional machines to this domain. Has anyone experienced any issues with this scenario?

These machines are being removed from a 2008 domain to this new domain since old company is being shut down. Cannot buy new Win 10 machines

Thanks

No issues here, Windows 2016 DC work well with W7.

You just use the standard Windows 7 process (Computer Properties) to join the Server 2016 domain. Here is a video to help you

No problems, I haven't ran into problems as yet running W7 workstations in 2016 domain.  Any specific concerns?

Thank you both for responding. Was not sure if there was a compatibility issue with Win 7 and 2016. Did not want to go too far into the process if it does not work

From your experiences looks like there are no issues or delays with logins to workstations, GPOs
