1. Remove assigned license from Admin Portal so mailbox and other O365 features will be disabled. However O365 retains account configuration for 30 days in it's purge system so you can restore it.<br />

Then delete AD account if you really don't need for any purpose or you just want to delete mailbox so I hope you have migrated account in subject, You can find this user's mailbox as &quot;Remote User mailbox&quot; in EMC and disable it from there. it will disable all attributes related O365 from AD as well.

Hello there,

Environment is hybrid with exchange 2010 and office 365 enterprise E3.
