I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In regards to shared mailboxes, nothing special, they can be migrated also, and the DLs are actualyl AD objects so nothing needs to be done with them, no need to try and migrate them. Once you have 2016 proxying connections to 2010 that will make your shared mailbox migration a lot easier because you will not have to worry about if the shared mailbox and the users with access to them are on the same version of exchange.
