Dynamics crm lead owner
In dynamics crm, I want to not allow any sale role to switch the lead owner id. How can I do that on crm?

Change the security roles and give assign permission to all the sales roles.

The security roles are in Settings | Security.
You need to change the circle at the intersection of Assign and Lead to the empty circle.
Note that if someone has multiple security roles, you will need to review all security roles.
