Need Help Repairing VB Script That Stopped Working

I use CuteFTP to upload files to my website on a regular basis. Last year, I learned that CuteFTP will record keystrokes and allow you to create a vbs file to run for future use. I saved several of these files, and thanks to having messed around with BASIC and QBASIC way back when, I was able to modify them to perfectly suit my needs. But a few months ago, when I went to run the files,as I had been doing without problem, I got this message:

And, I just don't know what happened or how to fix it. So here I am.

I would try uninstalling and reinstalling CuteFTP as my first step.  Try that, and see if it fixes your issue.  What version of CuteFTP are you using?

Version 8.3.4.0007

Yes, I have already uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and that does no good. I had 4 different scripts I modified and used them all on a regular basis (on more than one computer) for about 6 months.

I found this on the developer's website: CuteFTP 8 scripting error: Library not registered, but that is from six years ago, and an older version.  YOu could always try contacting support directly: Contact Technical Support | Globalscape if nobody else has any ideas.

Jim, While I do not have the solution, I am awarding you the points because you helped me to zero in on the way to find the solution and that will save me some money. The problem appears NOT to be with CuteFTP, but with Windows failing to recognize the VBS scripts that have worked well for over a year. I am pretty sure that's where the problem lies and I'll need to seek the help of other experts to nail it down. Thanks for your following up on the second comment which helped me to zero in on where the problem most likely is.
