HP Recurring Defect

We have a HP LaserJet P3015 that has a printing defect. Attached is what the sheet looks like. It occurs on every print job. We have replaced the ink cartridge, toner, and drum. Any thoughts on what is causing the issue?

... and just plain down dirty / loose toner in the paper path somewhere but I would lean toward PGM554's solution first to resolve the line issue.

I'm adding this because of the "dusty look" on the top right side of the paper.

As you've replaced the cartridge/drum, the only other possible culprit is the fuser. It is a consumable. Usually the fuser is rated at about 100,000 pages. It is normally sold as part of the maintenance kit, which also includes paper pick-up rollers, transfer roller and other items.

If it has done significantly less than its rated life, HP may replace it under warranty.

i would start by cleaning the whole printer - could simply be toner everywhere on the right side
This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.
