So far as I know (from using Outlook for years), if you want the Sent Mail in Outlook, you must send it from Outlook. If sent in Web Mail, it will not show up in Outlook. That is the way it has worked for me.

You could try copying the email to another folder in Gmail, but I think, since it does not sync at first, that it won't sync when moved to another Gmail folder. <br />

For this reason, I do not use Web based Email sending as there is no practical way to get them. I do not know any other way and I have spent lots of time looking and trying.

So you don't have an answer. you shouldn't reply. As I synced a couple of gmail account with gmail and the sent items DID show up. only in this case it doesn't.
