I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi! I am assuming that you mean you want to burn an mp4 file and at the same time, convert it  onto a DVD disc. Below are a few options which I can recommend and all of which can be downloaded for free! :)

Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate AND Wondershare DVD Creator

i use AVS4YOU Video Editor which you can try for free
The non-activated version of the program has no function limitations, although the watermark banner will be placed in the centre of the output video file.

Please be aware that some TVs/DVD players already offer to play MP4 files when inserted on a USB drive - did you try that?
