Auto backup checkpoint router config

We are looking to back up our router config weekly however our ability to get the backup path set correctly is in question. the server is at an ip of 192.168.xxx.xxx with a backup folder  C:/ backupfolder. We set the path to \\192.168.xxx.xxx\bacckupfolder however the backups don't show up.

Thanks for the help.

I don't know what kind of router you have since you did not specified but I thin this is related to share rights.
Try to add Everyone with RW right to share folder and also add Everyone with Read, Write, Delete, List to security rights in this folder.

Check out auvik, automated backups and a ton of other features. The time it takes to check if the backup scripts are all doing their thing is worth the tiny cost.

Thanks, We'll set the everyone on the folder. AS for Auvik we do use it and will look into what you suggest.
