Error deleting Exchange 2016 database

I am unable to delete my Exchange database, I'm getting the following error message:

exchangedberror.png
When I run the command to see if there are Mailbox request still there, I get the following results:

exchangeexporterror.png
There were a few more results there, but I was able to remove them. However these leftover results don't have a username under Mailbox and I have no idea on how to remove them.

Try:

Get-MailboxImportRequest | ?( $_.RequestQueue -eq "Mailbox database 1371462835") | Remove-MailboxImportRequest  -Force

Try to restart the Information Store Service ( IIS) and try to delete again.

Restarting IIS and the information store does not resolve the issue. Same error message when trying to delete the database.
