Decom SBS 2011

Hey all - i just did a SBS 2011 with Exchange 2010 to Server 2012 R2 and Office 365. Now did the 0365 part and we are all set there, and the 2012 R2 migration with files and everything is completed the with the move to SBS 2011.

How should i decom the SBS 2011 server? It's already powered off - so should i just transfer fsmo roles and a do a metadata cleanup?

If you dont want to start you can do a metadata cleanup. But it is recommended to uninstall Exchange from add/remove programs.

You can follow the article above to cleanup.
