Getting indirect to work with offset

Thanks to RGonzo who got me set up with a formula to cross reference headings etc. However I have now tried to implement the same formula for the sheet Dashboards (B5) that would reference the date headings. Alas, I am bogged down in it.  Thank you for your help - as always.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Is your problem with the #NA on your sheet? If so, it looks like there are a couple of problems with the formula in B5.

It references column I in the "All" worksheet, instead of column K; and I1:B1 instead of L1:T1.

It is also returning an #NA, because "Total WTE" does not exist in the "All" sheet.

Apologies if I've misunderstood the issue.

I went back to the formula, re-adjusted it and got it working myself.

Went back to drawing board, adjusted the formula again for my new settings and got it working.

Glad that worked.

I just needed to get away from it and come back fresh to it this morning...
