Bitlocker windows 10 Identifier changed.

We are encrypting all windows 10 with bitlocker and saving the txt files.  We changed the boot order and the machines generated the bitlocker ID.  But suddenly the Identifier changed?  How and why and can this be fixed?

If the boot order is changed, this could be detected as tampering and been deemed to be an attack.
So that is why the recovery key is requested. The "txt files" will suffice to boot the machine now (if I understand you correctly, it does not boot but ask for a recovery key?). Put the txt file onto a usb stick and reset the machine while the stick is inserted - it should boot, then.

Experts do their work for free. I have a job to do at the same time :-)

Please past the contents of the text file so I can understand what it really is.

I am sure there is no need to re-image the machine.
We tried all we could but bitlocker will not allow us to unlock the machine so we are reimaging it.
