What is HAREDIRECTFAIL ? In this log, can we confirm that the message was delivered or not? If not, how can we confirm that? Many thanks!

HAREDIRECTFAIL -  is A shadow message failed to be created. The details are stored in the source-context field.
This doesn't stop the mail from being successfully delivered. Its just a redundant copy of the original message but delivery doesn't depend on that.

You can't tell from the data you're providing although it does look like a successful handoff to the recipient server.  You should add RecipientStatus to your output so you can verify a 250 response was generated for the SMTP Send event.
