Message Tracking problem in Exchange 2016

Dear Wizards, I got this EventID when tracking the mail from Sender to Recipient in the same domain: (MS Exchange 2016)

What is HAREDIRECTFAIL ? In this log, can we confirm that the message was delivered or not? If not, how can we confirm that? Many thanks!
