Doesn't Windows 10 come with a DVD Player?

It appears that Windows 10 doesn't come with DVD Player software. Is that correct? I need a good, simple shareware DVD player for Windows 10. Thanks!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Officially Microsoft Windows 10 does not come with a preinstalled DVD Player..

Microsoft did release a DVD Player after the fact but it is in the Windows Store :

An alternative to shareware, if you install the K-Lite Codec Pack then you will be able to use the Windows media player to play DVD.
