How do I convert this batch file into a exe or powershell script.

PS: Don't forget to store all BAT's in your C:\Belfry folder!
One I wasn't aware of at https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/ie/en-US/e425d12c-c72a-4c92-a3f4-0a0f940a085c/how-to-make-batch-to-exe?forum=winserverDS ... (IEXPRESS.EXE) ... still available on my Windows 7 OS.
