https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4056564
https://portal.msrc.microsoft.com/en-US/security-guidance/advisory/CVE-2018-0886
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4056564/security-update-for-vulnerabilities-in-windows-server-2008

2. If I Install this  KB4099633, Do I need to install KB4103712, as I heard Quality rollup will have all the patches including the quality update.

Pls suggest

ASKER

NOT ABLE TO figure out, how this chart help me..
rollups have all the prior patches installed so lets say they've patched ntfs.dll many times so if you followed the install patch a, b,c,d you no longer need a,b,c,d just the rollup patch.
