How to add a second mailboc to Outlook 2016 or Office 365 ?

I have my main account and  2nd mailbox added where I can sent from.
When I sent a mail from my 2nd to my main account it goes trough.
But the mail is located under sent items of my main account not on the 2nd account....

To enable or disable it in the Office 365 admin portal:

Login into Office 365 Admin portal
Expand Groups and select Shared mailboxes
Double click on the shared mailbox you want to change

Click Edit at the right of the Sent items row
Change the settings then Save and close the dialog.

we have no shared mailboxes, I spoke about user mailboxes. :-(
